These review steps apply to source files and material awaiting verification or publication.
- Attach reviewed source files to record profiles.
- Verify provisional material against source records.
- Complete redaction and editorial review.
- Obtain prepublication legal review for sensitive reporting.

How future updates will work
Future substantive changes and corrections will carry a visible date and a short note describing the change. Corrected material will be marked rather than silently rewritten, so the publication history stays readable.
