Laguna Vista: What Happens Next?

From documented questions to documented resolution.

PublicRecordRGV has spent months gathering records, reconciling conflicting information, identifying governing authority, and separating documented facts from allegations and unanswered questions.

This section asks the next question:

What would actually resolve the issue?

The purpose is not to collect accusations indefinitely. Each documented issue should move toward an identifiable answer, record, reconciliation, review, correction, or lawful disposition.

Active Resolution Tracker

The row below draws on the existing request record and tracker. Last movement is the latest dated written status described on the ORR-2026-101 page, not a claim that no later activity occurred. Resolution status is separate from evidence status.

An unresolved discrepancy is not, by itself, evidence of wrongdoing. This section identifies what the currently available record does not yet explain.

For residents

One useful question is better than twenty accusations.

Each issue should eventually identify one question a resident can ask without needing to become an accountant, attorney, investigator, or records specialist.

What record would resolve this question, who is responsible for producing or explaining it, and when should the public expect an answer?
